I had a phone within 30 days be defective, iPhone 16 pro max with an often screen over heat problem. I contacted my local TCS store and they told me they would fix the problem where I bought the phone within a 30 day period, upon arrival they failed to do so(a total different problem and longer story) because I left the box at home.
I called customer support , corporate sent an exact replacement to corporate store in Salem Oregon on commercial. We picked the new phone up, we left the old phone there, to note they threw the oh so important box out which we thought was ridiculous after being denied previously for not having the box.
after checking my bill a month later, I have 3 device payments , one being for the old phone and one for each line I have. 2 devices in use, 3 device payments, I have been on hold for 2 hours, the customer service line cannot reach that Verizon store, and that store did not scan the item or send it back to the TCS store.
update I found a picture of the shipping label and tracking!
