Been with Verizon for 15+ years and now that I've switched, they will not send my final bill which is absolutely necessary in order to get my lines paid off. Link for transferred lines will NOT work and they wont email the final bill even though they send me an email that says you have a credit.
Unbelievable how you will take our money for over a decade but can't supply a simple closing bill. Believe me gang, it's on purpose.
