FINAL BILL - Can't get it!

Been with Verizon for 15+ years and now that I've switched, they will not send my final bill which is absolutely necessary in order to get my lines paid off. Link for transferred lines will NOT work and they wont email the final bill even though they send me an email that says you have a credit.

Unbelievable how you will take our money for over a decade but can't supply a simple closing bill. Believe me gang, it's on purpose.

We're sorry to hear that you've left us after 15-years, dkla. I know how important that final billing statement can be when switching to another provider, and I am here to help. I do appreciate that you've already tried to access your final bill online via the disconnected account link. This really leaves us two options; I can mail you a reprint of your final billing statement after we gain account access, or you can visit your local Verizon store for help getting your final bill printed.
