I have 2 contacts that the calls will not come through on my phone. Galaxy S21+.
They are not blocked on my phone either. And customer service has not been able to resolve the issue.
I'm wondering if the problem is with the contacts. If they don't get good cellular service, it will cause call problems. Or they are having a problem with WiFi Calling somehow and the calls aren't going through. Another possibility is if your number was being spoofed and is now marked as spam by other providers. If you have been getting random calls from people saying you called when you didn't, this is a sign your number is/was being spoofed.

We recently sent you a Private Message to help troubleshoot your call issues. Making sure that you can make and receive any call you need is a priority. So we can get everything taken care of, if you are still having issues with those contacts being able to call you, we will need to look at specifics and do some troubleshooting on your account in Private Message.
