Last year, I contacted the CEO's office and spoke with a very kind lady who applied a $20 discount to my account permanently. She assured me that this discount would not be removed since it originated from the CEO's office. Unfortunately, the discount was removed recently.
Today, on September 8, 2025, at 12 PM, I called and spoke with an agent named Chris. He was very helpful and offered me a $10 discount, but I explained that I had previously contacted the CEO's office regarding my account.
