How do I change my address from business to residential, when I try to order internet for our new home it shows up as a business address and gives we options for a business account, if I try to choose residential then it says internet is not available at the address, so I am unable to choose residential options for FIOS connection. All the other 5 homes in the cul-de-sac have FIOS internet connections and our property line has 2 Verizon boxes indicating presence of buried cable. I have already tired calling Verizon customer service many times and they have been of no help
