I was denied my phone that I have paid money for and drove 30 minutes out of my way to get due to not having a 4 digit pin to provide the rep. I am a new customer. I was never given a pin or an option to set up a pin. I have spoken to over 15 people today and the rep at the store tried as well. No one will give me this pin and the phone I paid money for was withheld from me. I need this resolved now. I have an account but it is not fully set up. Yet NO AGENTS WILL HELP ME SET IT UP.
I was eventually able to create an email address login and password. When I log in, all I get is a button on the browser that says, "Link Services."
If I click "Link Services" and enter my mobile number, I get, "Provided input is not valid and cannot be linked"
If I click "Link Services" and enter my order number, I get, "The order number does not exist or has already been registered"
NOW IM LOCKED FOR 24 HOURS TO TRY my order code and location code because those are the ONLY numbers I was given. I can’t port my number because THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY PHONE.
VERIZON HAS ALREADY WITHELD MY DEVICE FROM ME I WILL NOT WAIT ANOTHER 24 hours BECAUSE THE STORE KY PHONE IS AT WILL BE CLOSED IN 24 HOURS WHICH MEANS A WHOLE OTHER DAY I AM BEING WITH HELD FROM SOMETHING IVE PAID MONEY FOR.
HOW CAN I HAVE AN ACCOUNT PIN IF MY ACCOUNT HASNT BEEN FULLY SET UP!?
poor customer service and if someone would refund me my money id never come back to Verizon but i cant even get anyone to do that #help
