Was told by 4 different agents that I’ was eligible for the NFL package and to be Tom’s after spending at least 8 hours total that somehow a 400.00 Samsung promo was chose that I wasn’t eligible. And then shut the chat down so I couldn’t reply. Canceling as I can so I don’t get charged for the 200.00verizon gift card.
