My recently purchased Samsung Galaxy S25+ doesn't receive incoming phone calls. When someone calls, they experience silence followed by straight to voicemail. If they don't leave a message, I do not have any record of a missed call.
Similarly, I am not receiving some texts, and some are delayed by 25 minutes or more. This is an issue as I use my phone for 2FA at work.
If I reboot my phone, I may have a short period where everything works correctly, but the issues begin again not long after. Resetting my networks and turning airplane mode on and back off have not been successful. If I make a call, it will temporarily "restart" my ability to receive calls. My phone is not on Do Not Disturb, nor do I have any other call forwarding, individual number blocking, or other settings enabled.
I have tried restarting my phone, resetting my network connections, turning airplane mode on and off, and reviewing all Do Not Disturb or other settings. Is this a device issue?
