I am trying to close the network on my LTE Extender because I live in a densely populated area with apartments. I close my network via my Verizon login under devices. I select to create Access list and receive message that ' the first number you add to this list must be from your account'. The issue is the phone number IS from my account.
Is there a way someone from tech can create a list or a dummy phone number I can add to bypass this?
