Utility conflict with future project

I am a civil engineer working on a project, the 811 call shows Verizon utilities in the area. I submitted a request on Verizon Investigation website a month ago. I get a response with Request ID: 2025-4194, it said its Forwarded to Engineering Houston Harris County, but didn't heard back since. Can you help me reach them. Thank you.
