I bought a Samsung Galaxy A15 5G phone in Chicago in May 2025 to be able to make calls in the United States.
I have now returned to France, and when I insert my French SIM card, the phone is locked. I contacted Samsung to unlock it, but they told me they cannot do it and advised me to reach out to the retailer.
So I called the Target store in Chicago. Target told me that I should contact you to unlock the phone.
Since May, the 60-day period has already passed. I am also unable to reach a representative from Verizon through the website.
Could you please help me? I remain at your disposal for any further information.
