Like so many others, I upgraded my phone and plan just to get NFL Sunday Ticket, and did all this using a live agent so there would be no confusion, but as is typical with anything Verizon, there are always complications and misdirection. I was informed that once my new phone arrived, I should simply go online to activate it, and once activated I would see a link to my NFL Sunday Ticket offer. The agent even gave me her direct phone number because I expressed concerns that there would be complications as is always the case with VZW. I called and texted the agent but got nothing. Can VZW please tell me what the next steps are? This really shouldn't be that complicated or difficult. I only upraded my phone now because of the offer!!!
