Keep getting the spinning connection while streaming on Samsung Smart TV using Fios.

I keep getting a spinning connection when I am streaming Disney or YouTube on my Samsung Smart TV. I'm using Verizon Fios on the CR1000B router and eero Pro 6E. Are there settings I need to change?
