Verizon Team,
I am writing to demand immediate attention to a critical problem with the #UltimatePlan and #VerizonFamily features included in my plan.
Your website and support teams continue to instruct users to download a #VerizonFamily app to activate features like real-time location sharing, SOS, and usage controls. This app does not exist on any official app store. Because of this, it is absolutely impossible to access the benefits that #Verizon advertises and charges for.
This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—this is misleading and false advertising. I know I am not the only customer affected, and it is very disappointing that #Verizon has not resolved this issue or even communicated honestly about it. As a company that claims to be a technology leader, these kinds of mistakes are unacceptable.
Here is what I expect:
1. A clear acknowledgment that the #VerizonFamily app is not available and an explanation for why your official instructions still reference it.
2. A working way to actually use the included #VerizonFamily features, without being asked to use an app that does not exist.
3. A timeline for when this will be fixed for all affected customers.
4. Compensation for the services that have not been delivered as promised.
5. Escalation of this matter to management, and a case number for tracking.
I expect a real answer and a real solution—no generic replies or excuses.
