Hello we have recently purchased the unlimited 5g home internet for our house with speeds advertised at up to 300mbps .... when we first got it about a week ago it was hitting speeds 300 mbps plus no problem. now for the past 3 days now its like it capped at 50mbps. both on my home and cell service it doesnt fluctuate or even attempt to go to 300mbps just flat at 50mbps . we tried even moving the router to the apps specification and still nothing. we also spoke with tech support that factory reset the router and said it was fixed and it wasnt. i really want my speed back it was so much faster than my old ISP. can verizon check this out and see what is going on with my speed or account something is wrong either in my area or near my house. why would it be fine for a few days and then just go down its like i got capped or something. thank god i have a trial period and i can return this stuff because if this doesnt get fixed i will be thats for sure,. my signal strength is

please help this is ridiculous for unlimited high speed internet. i mean it doesnt even attempt to go up higher just 50mbps. it will definitely go down if we all use the internet but not up.
