I moved back in November 2024. I cancelled my home internet, returned the router shortly after and I’m still to this month Sep 2025 being charged 45 dollars each month. I’ve called customer service multiple times, each time to no resolution, saying they couldn’t find my account or that they had no access to my account. I even when to instore and that was no help. Website freezes up each time you want to get support or request never go through due to some technical issue. I’m very frustrated, I can’t stop this payments and it’s been almost a year.
