Hi All,
I am encountering a "SIM Failure" error on my iPhone Mini 13 while trying to use it abroad.
I have:
- plenty of remaining days in my Travel Pass bank
- restarted the iPhone
- reset the network settings
Neither of these approaches have restored service to my device and I am unable to reach Verizon Technical Support 1) via the MyVerizon app (because it sends a text verification code that I cannot receive) or 2) via the browser virtual agent because it is experiencing "technical difficulties".
I am unable to dial the local technical support number (getting a call failure error).
Is someone in the community or on the Verizon technical support team able to assist please? I need to depart in the next day and won't be able to do so without cellular service.
