Error 5A, my extender does seem to be registered to my account with the correct MAC address.

I am trying to set up my LTE Extender that I just received, but it gets error 5A. I kept opening up the required ports, I even set the device as my DMZ. Finally I disconnected my main router (Verizon FIOS router) and connected it directly to the Ethernet from the Verizon ONT. Everything time, it would get to the CMP Server connection part and then give error 5A. Since it got to that point directly connected to the FIOS ONT, it could not have been a router issue.

Is there a chance that the MAC address needs to be re-registered?

On my account, an LTE Extender is registered wtih the matching MAC Address when I check my Verizon. What I will do this weekend is completely shutdown my network and the Verizon ONT. I will likely drag my LTE Extender and plug it directly into the ONT and restart both. If that fails, it's got to be a problem with my account registration or the device.

What I tried before was similar, but I did not reset the ONT itself. This time I will shutdown the whole thing and only bring up my FIOS ONT and after a minute, the LTE extender.
