Listen here I have never had to deal with issues with this company. I have been a dedicated customer for over 7 years of my own service and 9 years with a parent so that’s roughly 16 years of being a loyal customer .. I cannot leave a review or if anybody know where I can please respond and I will post this exact same message.. my service was disconnected after I scheduled a promise to pay. I went to the actual Verizon store and the employee got in contact with customer service and explained my problem to them , the representative seen it in her system and restored my service within 10 minutes. So why is my service disconnected the very next day ? I have been battling representative after representative after representative .. out of the all the representatives I have talked to, only 1 was competent enough to explain to me what was going on and actually cared to resolve the issue . Verizon how about let us talk to an actual person when we call out instead of connecting us to a robot that doesn’t understand the simple statement of customer service ! I scheduled a callback wayyyy at 1130 just to wait and wait and wait after frustrations of waiting I message whoever via chat because they weren’t even competent enough to give their name *nice training Verizon* around 2pm finally getting a response and saying how I was gonna get moved to priority and should be receiving a call shortly well look at there here it is 2:39 and I still haven’t received a call . I’m leaving this review to just say do better , bring back actually talking to a human over the phone and not these robots and AI stuff.. everyone is not good at responding via chat. Thankfully this was a my issue and not my poor 83 year old grandmas issue cause she wouldn’t have known what to do .
