Today, Sept 13, 2025, I visited a Verizon store in Laurel, MD, at 14613 Baltimore Ave., Laurel, MD 20707. I paid cash for my Verizon cell phone coverage to continue my service. The amount paid was more than the bill, and when I asked the representative for my change, he stated Verizon does not give back change. Granted, it was a small amount, and when I asked, "What if I presented a $100 bill, for example", he would ask me to go elsewhere for change. Unbelievable policy. Comments please.
