Hi, I no longer use Verizon’s copper landline/DSL service, but I still have the old Network Interface Device (gray box) on the outside of my house along with some inside wiring and test jacks.
What’s the best way to have this removed? Do I need to schedule a technician, or can I safely disconnect it myself since it appears inactive? I’d like to clean up the wiring around my house.
