I have been a customer for years. My S22+ is ready for an upgrade. It's paid off. I've had it since Nov 2022. Recently I moved and changed my number to a local number. Now Verizon says I am not eligible for an upgrade because it's a new line. It's a 3 year old phone. I been trying now for 10 days and contacted customer service multiple times and each time it's well there's no way we can do this because it's new. The app says I'm eligible for the upgrade until I pick a phone then it all stops. I don't want to change networks but they're not giving me much choice. Can anyone help
