Just trying to view my bill, but this i isn't accepting my phone number
Hi, are you a new Verizon customer? If My Verizon won't accept your phone number, it's possible either your service isn't activated yet or you registered on My Verizon a little too early and got a guest account instead of an actual one. If the login URL has "guest" in it anywhere or you see a message about "You'll get the full Account Owner experience when..." every time you login, then try re-registering on My Verizon using the "create new account" link as if you'd never done it before, or use the alternate link below:
