I've made it all the way through the activation process up until the very end. I have purchased a plan amd everything but it will not finalize my activation. Please help.
I have all my information ready to go Sim ID and any other relevant information just really need to fix this as its my only way of communicating with my daughters school and my work.

Other than visiting a corporate Verizon store to see if the employees there have better luck with getting the phone activated and/or trying a physical SIM card instead of an eSIM or possibly getting you a new eSIM...if you can't get the phone activated yourself, then someone at Verizon will have to manually push through the activation. Sometimes these things require tinkering on Verizon's side before it works.
[edit] P.S. - Hope it isn't because the phone is locked to some other carrier.
