My phone broke several days ago in Spain. I can’t get into my Verizon account because I can’t receive their authentication text from Verizon. Two nights ago, I called Verizon to order a new phone so it would be waiting when I return. The representative turned off my SIM card, and said my account was frozen for 24 hours. She promised to call my sister’s phone in 24 hours. She did not call.
