Hi, I am hoping you can make this right. I have reached out 2x to managers who were unable to resolve.
I spoke with a Micris on July 1st who helped me in lowering my bill. He said he would apply 2 loyalty discounts, one to each line and he removed my roaming/hotspot features. I was appreciative. My bill would go from $168-$ 117. I called a week later to confirm and another representative confirmed discounts were applied on my acct.
Then , I received my bill and it was $128. I have called in twice. I have been told by managers there is nothing they can do, unless I want to take off my cloud or lower my insurance which I do not.
I would really appreciate an honest resolution to this. I was given a new bill amount which I reviewed in an email and agreed to at the time of the call and feel the representative lied to me in what he said my bill was going to be . I have been unable to speak with him , even though I have asked. Today I spoke with the second manager, Sabalo who could not resolve this matter either.
I would appreciate help with this ,
