I can't login since VZW "disabled your password" due to "unusual activity associated with your online My Verizon account" There was no unusual activity, btw.
Details:
1. I Logged in early one morning, then logged out
2. VZW email comes next indicating password is disabled.
3. Can't access online tech support, etc., since I have to login, which can't be done.
Hence, I can't access the online account.....VZW disabled the password, but requires password usage for questions/etc. VZW's AI is clueless....sure, just login....over/over it suggests.
