After being hacked by my Software Engineer ex wife, who knows all my info and in 2020 when the VZ security was bad, my ex had FULL control of my phone. The SIM lock never worked and she always managed to “bypass” their security, which has happened to me on my own account many times. I would get 25 minutes of info on my account and ONLY after I inquired about a security check did the reps ask! And years with her getting access and HOURS on the phone looking for solutions, not VZ But I inquired about Voice ID.! The phone is cloned and she has withdrawn 30,000 dollars from my bank and I spend hours and nobody said “use Voice ID!” Also there is this thing called a Third Party password! It’s FREE for VZ, no expensive software and it is what all banks use. If someone has access to your account, reps should INFORM customers of every security feature!
