My account was suspended due to non payment, but the system allows me to make an payment arrangement but my phone is still off. I wanted to know is that normal.
If your service is disconnected for nonpayment, it will not come back on until you have paid the entire balance due plus a $20/line reconnection charge, and only after the payment has officially cleared the bank.
If your service has already been interrupted due to the past due balance, your service will not be restored until the past due balance has been paid.
