I am completely disappointed in Verizon. I sent in a box that I owed nothing on when it was sent out. They even in chat said that I was going to be credited 36$ when they received it. Now I was sent to collections for a bill I had no idea about for $31. I can’t get hold of anyone on the phone and I can’t go to chat bc my account was disabled after I cancelled. What gives? And what can I do because obviously companies like this give you reason enough to be scared to sign up. I have screenshots of proof that I was told I had no balance left.
