I was promised a $200 rebate for signing up for the internet back in April. I have been trying to get since then and it is now September. I've talked to multiple people in the chat who promise me they will fix it, but still nothing. I was promised another $25 for the inconvenience. I am sick of repeating myself and not getting what was promised to me. I am ready to leave them! I don't want to talk to anyone on the phone, because you still get the empty promise that they will fix it or I can't understand what they are saying. How can I speak to someone through email to get this fixed, once and for all?
