I was on hold for two hours on Monday morning trying to resolve problems. I later received a call back two hours after the scheduled time. After another 50 minutes on hold trying to redeem gift cards offered to me on May 8th I was told that I will be issued new gift cards that should arrive in 30 to 60 days. It probably took a total of 6 or more hours of my time for this solution. Of course, what happens if they do not arrive.
Also, the Website says 0 to 1 minute wait times. Yes, the phone is answered within one minute, but then you go through several minutes of AI repeating the same usless information until being placed on hold for up to two hours.
