Hello I'm a valued customer and been with Verizon for about a few months now and I have a government assistance so with my government assistance I should not have to pay a phone bill because of that and I just spoke with one of your workers not even 4 days ago and I was told that my bill was due October 16th so I needed to call before October 16th so that they can make the adjustments to my bill that way my services will not be disconnected so I tried calling today to get a live representative and that failed and now I'm going this route so hopefully someone can please help me with this problem because I love my phone and I love my service thank you
