I switch to Xfinity and I have 30 days to provide them with a payoff statement and they will reimburse me $500. The statement that I need to show this device will not drop until October 10 which is after the 30 days. Verizon will not allow me to pay for it before they bill and they will not bill it until October 10th. Which means I am going to lose $500.00 Going into a store does not work they can not pull up an account that has been closed.
