I just pre-ordered the new iPhone and signed up for a new plan. They placed my order on hold, and when I called, they told me to submit my ID and photo. I did that, and now they say they cannot verify me to call again. I called again three different times and got hung up on. This is ridiculous. Is there anyone who can help??
