I recently checked my Verizon Cloud via the Verizon Cloud app on my Iphone 16 pro and received the message that my account was in a suspended Status and to contact Customer Service. I have not missed a payment, changed carriers, received any notification regarding this situation, etc. I have contacted customer support on numerous occasions and have yet to have a resolution. My cloud is the only home to nearly 100,000 photos as I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. Does anyone know how to get my cloud restored or my cloud unsuspended? Has anyone had a similar experience?
