Stuck in SOS after porting

Hello, I ported over my number from ATT to Verizon and the port states that it is complete on the status on Verizon but my phone still shows SOS No Service. I have tried restarting my phone multiple times with the wifi off. Also waited 5 mins between turning it off and turning it back on. Please help!

What is the make and model of your phone, and is it unlocked, if you brought it over from another provider? eSIM-only phones can be finicky to activate and you may either need a new eSIM, or someone with Verizon will have to manually push through the activation. Verizon's Porting Department may be reached at 888-844-7095.

I’m experiencing the same exact thing. It’s so frustrating. It’s stuck on account number but I keep restarting it and it’s not working. Tried called my previous carrier and they already terminated my service. The number in their systems shows to be transferred over already. Please advise.

I am experiencing the same thing. But I am switching from Verizon prepaid to Verizon postpaid. The prepaid service directly terminated the service, and I lost all my access to the account and the phone service. The postpaid service cannot be activated.

Ugh. Sounds like the conversion didn't quite go through. The department to contact regarding this type of conversion is Inside Sales at 800-256-4646.
