I placed my internet order in August 2025 and I was supposed to get three promotions. They haven’t showed up yet and now they’re saying they will not honor the $250 Amazon gift card. I’m still waiting for the $200 Verizon gift card and the Xbox promotion. I’ve chatted with many agents and I just get the runaround about it. I wished I never switched internet providers. No one will help me and actually give the promotions they say they will.
