Just want to leave review for excellent service 9/11/25. Waited a week to note performance and all wi-fi devices connected. Apparently auto survey that was texted is only available for a short time. That would have been easier especially as directions to use the Community are not the clearest (found directions online but they didn't say a separate registration was needed for forum. Wrote out entire review before finding out it could not be posted)
Window for service was 11a-1p. Melvin arrived 11a after timely text giving his ETA. New wiring and router were done in an hr in a competent, tidy, and complete manner. Made sure laptop was online before leaving. #[serial redacted]. Former router 10yo and beginning to have pause issues with audiobook playback. Much better now. Thank you.
