$200 Verizon gift card

I’m new user of Verizon 5G internet from August. I ordered the service on Aug 11, 2025 and was told in the purchase receipt that $200 Verizon gift card was offered and needed to be redeemed before Oct 10. But I didn’t receive any emails with promotion code or find the rebate I can redeem in Verizon app. How can I get the gift card before the time limit?

Typically, you'll be able to redeem out rebate offers on My verizon online, under > My Notifications or by navigating to My Orders > Rebates. Or if you on my Verizon app through My Notifications > In App Alerts or Shop > Orders > Rebates. Have we tried these steps?

I tried these steps already but can’t find any available rebates for Verizon gift card there. I checked many days and many times.

I followed all instructions and submitted the rebate on 9/18, but today I received an update for email saying my submission is invalid. The invalid reason is that this line was already processed through another submission. But I haven’t obtained any Verizon gift card. I only have 2 submissions, one for Verizon $200 gift card, another for Amazon $200 gift card in the system. Now Verizon one is declined ridiculously. The Amazon one should be delivered around 10/2 but I didn’t have any update on this rebate so far. I don’t know what happened. Why the rebates are so difficult to claim even we did every step correctly?

Thats the samething happen they keep on reasoning out until they will tell you your not qualified with such promo and took wmonths for me to keep on following up until they say oh no your not qualified i regret getting verizon by next month ill quit on them…

Wow!!! I just moved over to Verizon this year after being with my previous carrier for 20 years. I’m supposed to be getting a $200 Verizon gift card, $250 Amazon card, and a Nintendo switch. I may not stay with Verizon long if all these complaints about how dishonest they are with these proves true for me. I DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO!!!
