amazon gift cards

Hi,

I signed up for the promotion that includes a $200 Amazon gift card and a $200 Verizon gift card, but I haven’t been able to locate either of them.

I don’t see any gift card info or numbers in my Verizon account.

I haven’t received any email with the card numbers either.

Could someone let me know where and how I can access these gift cards? Do they show up in the MyVerizon app, or should I expect a separate email?

I am having the same issue.I have a tracking number but where do I track it from? I think this is ridiculous and I will be going in person to make a complaint about this at one of their Lovely verizon stores
