I spoke with a customer service rep to place an order for the iPhone 17 pro max on Sep 12th. Long story short, they sent a link with information and it was incorrect and I told them no, I will go online and place it myself and they still put the order through.
Now it’s hindering my ability to place an order. I have spoke with over 5 agents with the last one telling me they have placed a cancellation request for that order and it would be 24-48 hours then I could order a new phone. Here we are, 48 hours later and it has yet to be resolved and I still can’t order the phone.
Anyone face this issue? How do we get it resolved? I’m going to miss out on the promotional value for my current iPhone if I can’t get this ordered.
