I’ve been a Verizon Wireless customer for many years, always in good standing. Recently my upgrade order was cancelled and tagged as “confirmed fraud.” Since then, Verizon’s Fraud Department and Executive Office have refused to clear the block, leaving me unable to upgrade my own line.
At the same time, I was able to purchase a new phone on another line in the same account for my wife without any issue, which shows my account itself is clearly legitimate.
I filed an FCC Complaint and Verizon’s response was only to send me back to the Fraud Department, which has already refused multiple times to resolve this. I have also filed with my state Commerce Commission.
I really need Verizon to remove the fraud block on my line and allow me to upgrade.
Can any Verizon representative here help me escalate this issue and get it resolved?
