WHAT can I do in order to have someone higher up go in and review my billing from the last 4 months? I have called and called and called. I have chatted and chatted and chatted. I have paid almost $1300 in charges to Verizon that they will not explain. I WAS CHARGED FOR MY AT&T PHONE NUMBER FOR 3 MONTHS. IT WAS NEVER EVEN AN ACTIVE VERIZON LINE. It is like pulling teeth trying to get anyone to listen and take the time to help me. I wish I had never switched carriers.
