I just got the home Internet in June . I was supposed to receive a $200 Amazon gift card. Yeah haven't seen it and now it is September. Customer service keeps saying I'll receive it in 24hrs, 48hrs, 10 days, 3-5 days and still nothing. I have had a ticket made and everything. Trying to give my account the credit when I have told the I want what I was promised not a substitute.
