I have been a customer for over 9 years.
So to start. when the service outage happened 3 weeks ago worldwide. my phone & watch were down for 6 hours all other lines on plan were working fine. Next day I noticed my watch was not connecting to the cellular plan it has or number sharing to my phone.. I spend 1 hour on the phone to troubleshoot it. shut it off, unpared it, turned wifi/bluetooth off. Nothing worked.. 3 day later i went to a verizon store and spent another 2 hours there trying to fix the same problem. we thought it was working and come next day it is still not working. 3 days ago i called again and was transferred 3 different times to which at the end they said they would send me a replacement watch since it was still under warranty they would ship it out wednesday and it would be to me thursday (yesterday). Thursday called to check the first guy was very rude and just said yes it coming. got off the phone then that person then proceeded to call me back so i could rate him 1-5 i said 3 which then he sent a link to my phone that i had to basically rate him again but he had to be on the phone. I again hit 3 he did not like that and i ended the phone call. he THEN called me 2 more times which i answered the second time and told me i needed to rate him again cuz i did not rate him correctly by giving him a 3 I should have given him a 5. HE HANGS UP ON ME!!! so i called again and immediately asked for a supervisor had to go through 3 people to get there and it still did no good because they said well we don't know who it was you spoke to. I said when we all call it says this phone call is being recorded so why can't they pull that info, plus it should be on my account that i called in with an issue. now here we are today still my watch is not working and a new watch has yet to be delivered. so i called again.
first person- I explained everything then said he sees I have an order in but can't see tracking or anything else
Second person- I explained everything again!! she said she doesn't see an order she might need to put it in for me...
I asked for a supervisor
Third person-I explained everything again!!!!! and said they said the same as the first they see the order but not the tracking or anything else will talk with someone to see what is going on, gets transfered
Still no supervisor
Fourth person- Explained everything again!!!!!!! she at least was a little help full and i'm sure i was angry with her but if you have made it this far you would understand how i feel. anywho come to find out the lady from the other day that put the order in that told me I would have it thursday (yesterday) actually failed to tell me it hasn't even been processed since they were out of stock. so it hasn't shipped yet.
so over 5 hours on the phone with verizon, 2 hours at the store and still nothing is fixed.... and still have yet to speak with a supervisor!!!
