Trying to place an order for 4 new devices and services, and I'm beyond frustrated. Every time I get to the last step of the checkout process, I get a message that my payment has been declined
The strange part is, I can see a pending transaction on my credit card every single time I try. I've already checked with my bank, and they confirmed that it's Verizon's system declining the payment, not my bank.
I've tried everything - using different credit cards and even trying various payment methods suggested by different customer service agents. Nothing has worked. At this point, I have about 10 pending transactions on my card, which is incredibly annoying. If the payment is going to be declined, why is a transaction still being placed on my account?
What's even more frustrating is that every time I contact chat support about this, they act like they've never heard of this issue before. Their only solution is to have me try placing the order again, which just creates another pending charge. I've seen countless posts about this on the community forum, so I know I'm not the only one dealing with this.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution? It feels like the payment system is broken, and there's no one who can help
