I purchased an online bundle, which included an iPad Keyboard with an Apple Pencil on 9/17. I used a $200 Verizon gift card and paid the remaining balance with a credit card. I received an email this morning stating that the order was canceled with no other explanation. I contacted customer service to replace the order and was told that the gift card balance isthat it should return to still zero and the card. It still has not been returned,
