Was told they would extend bill snd didnt im shut off wifi

I need someone help. I am nee with customer snd ky wifi experience has been horrible. I talked with a rep, she said they extend my bill, even write some off. I trusted her then BAM!!! My service is shut off, they don't care or listen till I pay the whole amount which I am not doing. I thought they better than this. I will be canceling and switching

I have received it and with no help. I am canceling my service and returning my wifi box. I am disappointed that j signed up w with verizon
