Recently got Verizon home internet and was offered a jbl party in a box and $250 in amazon cards. Have tried to redeem the jbl and every time it’s asking me to input credit card information? If this is an incentive to switch to Verizon then why must I put my info in?? Am I paying for this item upfront and then getting credit on my bill?!? And I can’t even redeem the Amazon cards! Verizon has been nothing but frustrating not to mention the wait times on the phone!! Guess many customers are having many problems! Wish I knew this sooner!
